This 8-course program provides a balanced overview of key competency areas in general business management. If you have already achieved a business degree or certificate, your credits may be transferable!
Upon completion of this program, learners will receive a digital credential marking their achievement as a “Fellow of Credit Union Institute of Canada” (FCUIC), a nationally recognized accreditation which is conferred jointly by CUIC Inc. and Dalhousie University.
Program Requirements
To complete the program and become a Fellow of the Credit Union Institute of Canada (FCUIC) the following courses must be taken:
- Accounting*
- Management – Business Administration*
- Marketing*
- Finance*
- Organizational Behaviour*
- Economics*
- Elective*
- Credit Unions: Different by Design or The Credit Union System (retired)
- Two years work experience (full-time in a cooperative environment)
*If you have already achieved a business degree or certificate, credits can be applied towards this designation by completing the CUIC Credit Transfer Request Form.
