The National Mentorship Program

The National Mentorship Program, a CCUA member benefit, fosters dynamic connections between seasoned leaders and individuals seeking mentorship to enhance their professional skills and capabilities. This initiative not only facilitates the transfer of invaluable insights and knowledge from mentors to mentees but also cultivates career advancement and the realization of their utmost potential. The National Mentorship Program offers high potential new hires the ability to connect with a mentor, helping them apply their skills faster than new employees who are not matched with a mentor.

The program is accessible entirely online, ensuring a broad and flexible reach. The program opens each April with the mentor-mentee matching concluding by November of the same year.
