In partnership with eLeadership Academy™, we are pleased to offer online leadership training programs that use human-centered curricula based on cognitive science to help you and your credit union thrive. With a blend of engaging online teachings, real-world practice, interactive webinars, and group discussion, these programs help busy professionals translate lessons into skills that can be applied every day.

The Certificate in Applied Leadership offers a blueprint to increase leadership effectiveness and impact. Courses can be taken in any order and are appropriate for leaders with all levels of experience. Digital badges of achievement are awarded for each course, with an additional certificate badge for the Leadership Series (eLEAD, eCOACH, eLeaderHUB, and at least one eFOCUS course).
eLEAD
eLEAD is an online learning experience designed for established and emerging leaders. This program has become an integral part of HR strategy for many organizations who register individuals, teams or groups for the greatest benefit. 100% of eLEAD participants say they would recommend the program to others. Participants receive a certificate of completion.
eCOACH
eCOACH features practical models for communicating, coaching and providing feedback in the workplace and equips participants to walk away with the knowledge and ability to engage, empower, and inspire forward action with people at all levels in the workplace. 100% of eCOACH participants would recommend the program to others. Participants receive a certificate of completion.
