eLEAD is an online learning experience designed for established and emerging leaders. Strategic Management for Credit Union Professionals (CUIC 315)
This course provides a general overview of strategic management for credit unions, including the process of choosing and defining purposes and objectives, formulating and implementing viable strategies, and monitoring strategic performance. Participants can consider strategic management for their own credit union and will have an opportunity to discuss strategy with their classmates from across the country.

Human Resources Management (CUIC 325)
This 10-module Human Resources Management course provides a solid grounding in areas such as the importance of HR in strategic planning, employment equity and diversity management, organizational culture and staffing, training and development, compensation and benefits and labour relations. It also looks at current and developing trends and challenges facing the HR professional and their credit unions.
