Are you interested in speaking at one of the breakout sessions scheduled throughout the 2025 National Conference? If so, we have identified four different streams of interest, which are listed below. Please fill out the speaker proposal submission form and specify the streams and topics (if any) you would like to present. If your submission falls outside of these streams, you may still submit it.

| Strategic Consolidation and Sector Transformation | How credit unions are evolving through mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships to stay competitive in a sector increasingly defined by scale. The stream will explore strategies to remain sustainable, retain cooperative values, and adapt to shifting sector and FI industry dynamics. |
| Governance and Trust | Good governance is central to maintaining trust in the cooperative model. This stream will focus on the evolving expectations for boards and leaders as regulatory scrutiny increases. It will address how credit unions can maintain transparency, diversity, and member representation while meeting governance best practices and safeguarding trust in uncertain times. |
| Digital Transformation | This stream will focus on how credit unions are embracing digital solutions to meet changing member expectations and compete with both traditional and fintech competitors. It will explore the balance between embracing new technologies and staying true to cooperative values, ensuring digital initiatives deliver real value for members. |
| Risk Management and Resilience | Credit unions must navigate an increasingly complex risk environment. This stream will address how they can proactively manage risks, from regulatory compliance to climate risks, fraud, and economic disruptions, ensuring operational resilience. |
