State of the System Report

The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) survey was developed in an effort to understand the current state of DEI practices within the Canadian Credit Union System and identify opportunities to advance and strengthen DEI practices within the system.
The below report provides a brief overview of the survey results.

Study participants were sent the full report on May 17, 2021. Employees of participating credit unions that wish to receive a copy of the report can email research@ccua.com.
