CCUA’s National Mentorship Program (NMP) helps connect experienced leaders with those looking for guidance, support and skill development in their roles. 

One of NMP’s notable past mentors is Marlin Froese, VP of Strategic Business Integration at Access Credit Union. He began his credit union career in 2009 as a IT Technician, successfully moving a 40-server data center from a physical to virtual environment. In 2013, he successfully managed two simultaneous amalgamations while completing a Master of Science degree in Information Systems through Minot State University. Marlin is also a National Credit Union Young Leader Award winner and an unbelievable mentor, and as a part of this mentorship program he could be your mentor too! One of Marlin’s many mentees had nothing but praise for his guidance:
