What is eLEAD?

eLEAD is an 8-week leadership masterclass led by the experts at eLeadership Academy.

• Each week teaches a key leadership concept and gives participants an opportunity to practice what they’ve learned at work.
• These on-the-job applications deepen retention and build confidence in the real world.
• Participants have the opportunity to discuss their challenges with expert faculty and peers from within the credit union system.
• Participants leave the program with a leadership action plan to support their continued growth.

As an added bonus, participants will receive an eLEAD certification badge, a certificate of completion and continuing education (CE) credits for approved programs.

What is eCOACH?

eCOACH is an 8-week cohort-based learning experience designed by the specialists of the eLeadership Academy for established and emerging leaders. It has become an integral part of leadership development strategies for credit unions that register both individuals and teams. eCOACH boasts an exceptional completion rate and comes with the highest recommendation.

The eCOACH program uses engaging, brain-friendly strategies to help busy professionals optimize their retention. Featuring convenient online content, assessments, interactive webinars, cohort learning, networking, and expert faculty guidance, participants will experience significant personal growth while learning and practicing the Coach Approach to leadership.
