Designed by the experts at eLeadership Academy, eLeaderHUB is a self-paced eLearning course that offers bite-sized insights with straight-forward, practical advice on how to lead confidently and become the leader that others love to follow. Throughout the year, different modules cover overarching themes of personal leadership, people leadership, and organizational leadership. Participants learn the technical and brain-based components of leadership through monthly tools and practice, with prompts to teach back what they’ve learned with their team. This helps to amplify the investment and solidify the learning. The program is designed so that leaders can improve at their own pace, with an active HUB community to discuss challenges along the way.

Participants can join the program at any point in the year, and enrollment includes 15 live events including monthly webinars, access to the annual virtual summit for CU leaders, and semi-annual EVOLVE workshops.
