The National Mentorship Program (NMP), a program that is fully funded by CCUA, connects experienced leaders with those looking for guidance, support, and skill development in their role. The mentorship program also allows mentors to transfer their unique knowledge of the credit union sector to mentees, ensuring the entire system’s future success. This is a win-win-win for everyone. In fact, there have been over 250 successful mentoring matches in the last four years of the program.
