Housing, Infrastructure and Communities Canada (HICC) is seeking input on financing measures to support the supply of housing for owners and renters, including how federal housing-finance tools can better respond to evolving housing-market conditions.
This consultation is an important opportunity for credit unions to share their perspectives on the barriers and opportunities associated with financing affordable, rental, community and purpose-built housing across Canada — particularly in smaller and underserved markets.
