Victory Credit Union, New Ross Credit Union, and Community Credit Union recently engaged in a joint partnership, recommending they merge into one all-new credit union. The proposed merger comes following months of discussion between the three credit unions who worked together to build a business case to foster long-term sustainability and value for their members. Merging would allow the three institutions to strengthen the benefits they offer their members by allowing them to obtain added expertise, introduce new offerings for their members, and save on operational costs.

Also, as one unified credit union, they would be able to do more for their membership and ensure that local community-based banking options remain a competitive and accessible choice for the communities they serve for years to come.

Members of New Ross Credit Union, Victory Credit Union, and Community Credit Union will be asked to vote on the merger in June.
