Boost the Strength of Your Frontline this Spring with MSR Training!

Published Date: Jan 29, 2024

Member Service Representatives (MSRs) are critical team members for credit unions, and earning an accreditation is an excellent boost in their professional development. CCUA is happy to provide this opportunity with a valuable cohort program specifically designed for MSR skill development and high-standard training in six key focus areas (KFAs) measured against national, industry-defined performance standards.

Prior to enrolling an MSR in the Member Service Representative Accreditation Cohort, the MSR’s supervisor must complete training. This four-session coaching program gives supervisors the knowledge and tools they need to effectively coach, monitor, and measure their MSRs to the national accreditation status. Don’t wait. If you are a supervisor to an MSR, register in the upcoming February sessions of the Supervisor Training for MSR Accreditation course today!

Once you sign up for Supervisor Training, take the next step and enroll your MSRs for the Spring 2024 Member Service Representative Accreditation Cohort.
