The issue explores how Canadian home prices were flat on a month-over-month basis, ending five straight months of declines according to the latest research from the Canadian Real Estate Association. Research indicates that there appears to be pent-up demand among Canadians, with just over 50% of Canadians who were planning to buy a home indicating that they've postponed their property search because of increased rates. As a result of these conditions, a third of Canadians are exploring non-traditional ways of entering the housing market.
