Completing the CUDA program has never been easier or more engaging! Sign up for our new CUDA Cohorts to learn with your peers and participate in facilitated weekly online discussions related to the required training of each level of the program. You can also build your network of board peers, get answers to your questions, and share board experiences.

Simply enrol in the new CUDA Cohort for each level of the CUDA program and you could be a CUDA Grad by December.

Level A Cohort - Certificate of Completion (August 10- September 20) Learners must enrol in all three activities to complete the cohort:

• Six Online Modules- (Aug 10 - Sept 5: 2 modules/week) - Updated in July!
• Foundations of Governance in Theory and Action (Sept 8, 13, 15, 20)
• CUDA Level A Cohort (Aug 10 – Sep 20) NEW

Level B Cohort - Governance in Action (September 6 - November 5) Learners must enrol in all five activities to complete the cohort

• Risk Oversight - September 13, 15, 20 & 22
• Strategy: Planning and Oversight - October 12, 14, 19 & 21
• Board Performance, Development and Evaluation - October 13 & 15
• HR Governance- October 26 & 28
• CUDA Level B Cohort (Sept 6 – Nov 5) NEW

Level C Cohort - Governance Application (November 8 – December 10) Learners must enrol in three activities to participate in the cohort

• Role of the Audit Committee (Nov 16 & 18)
• Governing Credit Risk (Nov 30 & Dec 2)
• CUDA Level C Cohort (Nov 8 – Dec 10) NEW
