The Canada Sister Society held its first virtual meeting on September 24, 2024, with 62 people in attendance. The event featured an update from the Global Women's Leadership Network (GWLN) Director, Eleni Giakoumopoulo, and an insightful panel session titled “Making Our Voices Heard: Amplifying Women's Visibility and Representation in the Workplace." The panelists included Mirren Harris, VP of Education and Professional Development at CCUA; Victoria Mainprize, VP of Policy and General Counsel at CCUA; and Carissa Wall, VP of Administration at Access Credit Union. These accomplished women have a combined experience of over 60 years and have made significant progress in their careers. Please read the meeting recap below.
