Libro Credit Union recently announced a monetary donation of $140,000 to support four Habitat for Humanity chapters across southwestern Ontario over the next three years. With many Ontarians facing barriers in gaining access to affordable housing, Libro's recent donation showcases it's ongoing commitment to improving the environmental, social, and financial wellbeing of Canadians. This financial contribution will help fund affordable housing projects and financial literacy efforts across these four chapters and support Canadians residing in these communities. Libro's financial investment will support the following chapters:
- Habitat for Humanity Heartland Ontario and Brant-Norfolk Chapter
- Habitat for Humanity Windsor-Essex
- Habitat for Humanity Waterloo region
- Habitat for Humanity Sarnia Lambton
