eLeadership Academy, founded and operated by Sandra McDowell and team, offers a proven, science-backed suite of leadership courses designed for the “human side of work." Grounded in neuroscience and taught by experienced faculty, eLeadership Academy's courses are trusted by prestigious institutions like Royal Roads University, the World Council of Credit Unions (WOCCU), and the Human Resources Professionals Association. 

This October, the academy's flagship programs, eLEAD and eCOACH, will kick off their fall cohorts. Both eight-week courses are designed to give emerging and current leaders the practical skills they need to lead with confidence, coach effectively and make an impact, all while learning alongside their credit union peers. Through a combination of practical learning, discussion forums and online webinars, participants will explore key concepts, strengthen their leadership and coaching skills, and share valuable insights with others in the sector.
