Published Date: Mar 22, 2024

Start by determining your current position. How do you stack up to your fellow employees? Board chairs rely on the digital CUDA board report card to quickly identify an individual director’s level of governance training and collectively report on the level of board knowledge.

The goal of board report cards was to make it easier for board members to track and report on governance training at their credit union. In 2023, when the board report card was relaunched in a digital format, and feedback was overwhelmingly positive. CCUA Education plans to continue our efforts to deliver your credit union their board report cards throughout the year.

The key CUDA contact at your credit union will receive your current board report card no later than May 15, 2024, making it easier than ever to plan your board’s training and professional development needs throughout the year. We know things change fast, so having an up-to-date report card will also help you to identify CUDA Grads and ACCUDs on your board, which is important given the recent changes to Continuing Education (CE) credit requirements for 2024. The CCUA Education and Professional Development team is available to answer any questions and provide updates as required.

You can also expect a fall delivery of updated board report cards and a summary of fall CUDA training recommendations no later than September 15, 2024.
