As part of CCUA's ongoing efforts to strengthen the system’s crisis response, we are hosting a timely webinar on Crisis Communications: Leading Effectively in Times of Uncertainty.
The webinar will be divided into two parts; first, we will hear from Jaime Watt, Executive Chairman at Navigator, who is widely regarded as Canada's leading high-stakes communications strategist, and will focus on Navigator's perspective on crises and what cause them, including:

Dave Fleet, Global Head of Digital Crisis at Edelman, will examine today’s digital-first crises landscape, the impact digital media is having on the crisis playbook, and how companies must adapt the ways they prepare, respond and rebuild from disruptive events in the future.
