What is eLEAD?

eLEAD is eLeadership Academy’s 8-week, blended learning leadership program that uses brain-friendly strategies to help busy professionals increase their leadership impact while boosting clarity, confidence, and conviction.

Each week in the course teaches a key concept in leadership and gives participants an opportunity to put their teachings into practice. Modules in this course cover important topics such as:

• The Neuroscience of Leadership
• Building Emotional Intelligence
• Leading with Heart and Backbone
• And More!

As an added bonus, participants will receive an eLEAD certification badge, a certificate of completion, and continuing education (CE) credits for approved programs.

What is eCOACH?

eCOACH is an 8-week cohort-based learning experience designed by the specialists of the eLeadership Academy for established and emerging leaders. It has become an integral part of leadership development strategies for credit unions that register both individuals and teams, boasts an exceptional completion rate, and comes with the highest recommendation.

Featuring convenient online content, assessments, interactive webinars, cohort learning, networking, and expert faculty guidance, participants will experience significant personal growth while learning and practicing the Coach Approach to leadership. Modules include topics such as:

• The Neuroscience of Coaching
• When to Coach and When to Manage
