NEXTGEN® Leadership Intensive Program
UPDATE: We are sorry to inform you that this year’s NEXTGEN young leader event has been postponed, due to the growing global COVID-19 outbreak. We have made the difficult decision to cancel the National Conference portion, however we hope that there is a possibility to host a in-person leadership program later on in the year. We will continue to work with our young leader committee to share more information as it becomes available.
The Canadian Credit Union Association (CCUA) and the National Young Leaders Committee are pleased to present the NEXTGEN® Leadership Intensive Program, an outstanding opportunity for young leaders across the country to share knowledge and best practices, network with peers, and discuss and collaborate on opportunities to build their careers and enhance their credit union’s success.
Sandra McDowell will guide participants to explore the pathway to authentic leadership by leveraging the three Cs of confident leadership – clarity, conviction and courage.
You will be sure to leave Calgary with fresh ideas and insights for your credit union. And a few more friends!
