Mentorship Program

CCUA’s National Mentorship Program (NMP) is designed to help grow the careers of current credit union employees while at the same time ensuring that the invaluable knowledge and experience of our current senior leaders is transferred before they retire.

The NMP matches individuals in senior roles with employees outside of their credit union who are ready to learn new skills and help their credit union excel.
