MSR Development

A Member Service Representative (MSR) is often the first point of contact for many members. Equip your MSRs with the knowledge and information they need to make the most of these important interactions.

Opportunities for MSR professional development are offered in ways that work for your front line. Our content has been built around credit union scenarios and examples. These development pieces will assist in providing foundational knowledge, skill application and practice, as well as a more formal program for those who are seeking academic achievement.
