CCUA works to safeguard the credit union system’s reputation for strength and stability. To further deepen the system’s capabilities to respond in changing times, CCUA convened a group of professionals to discuss a system-wide approach to crisis communications management – the Crisis Communications Working Group. The purpose of the Crisis Communications Working Group is to provide a coordinated approach to prevent issues from developing into crises, proactively manage communications during a crisis and safeguard the sector’s integrity and reputation.
