On Monday, August 24, CCUA discussed a broad range of issues, including letters of credit challenges, and sought updates on other ongoing matters with Ministry of Finance officials. The meeting discussed progress on several files, including extra-provincial operations. We anticipate seeing a consultation this fall on breaking down financial barriers for credit unions across the country. We look forward to sharing more information on that at that time.
