Credit Union Market Conduct Code
Credit unions are committed to ensuring that our members are completely satisfied with the level of services they receive. The national credit union Market Conduct Code builds on this commitment by codifying credit unions’ market practice standards and identifying the way credit unions and their employees conduct themselves and treat members and customers.
The Market Conduct Code demonstrates credit unions’ commitment to the fair treatment of all those who use our services. Adoption of the national Market Conduct Code is voluntary and many Canadian credit unions have adopted their own specific market conduct codes which may vary from the national code.
