Khalsa Credit Union recently brought together branch managers and senior leaders for two days of learning focused on strengthening member relationships and leadership capabilities. The two-day Radicle Growth intensive program, offered by CCUA and led by Dave Reynolds, Founder & CEO of Rumin8 included sales training for senior advisors, focused on building confidence and creating more meaningful member conversations, as well as leadership coaching for credit union leaders.
For Khalsa, the program has supported several areas of leadership and organizational development, including succession planning, leadership coaching and sales training.
“What has stood out most is Dave’s ability to bring a practical and thoughtful perspective while understanding the unique needs of our organization. His work has helped us have more meaningful conversations about leadership development and succession, while providing our leaders with tools and coaching they can apply in their day-to-day roles.
The sales training has also been particularly valuable in helping our Senior Advisors strengthen their approach to member conversations, build confidence, and focus on creating meaningful relationships rather than simply selling products.
Dave brings a strong combination of expertise, practicality, and genuine commitment to developing people. We have valued his partnership and the impact his work has had on our leaders and frontline teams.”
— Inderjeet Singh, HR Manager, Khalsa Credit Union
The experience has also supported Khalsa’s broader strategic priorities.
“Working with Dave has been an outstanding experience. His strategic thinking, thoughtful approach, and ability to connect with people at every level of the organization make him an exceptional facilitator and advisor. Dave helped our team identify key opportunities, navigate complex discussions, and build alignment around our future direction. His insights were practical, relevant, and immediately actionable.”
— Hardeep Singh Bains, CEO, Khalsa Credit Union
