In addition to celebrating all CUIC graduates, CCUA Education extends our sincere congratulations to all learners who have earned multiple accreditations! To celebrate learners who earn more than one CUIC accreditation, we're shining a spotlight on one of our top learners: Jennifer Reyes, Lending Support Administrator from Fusion Credit Union!

Jennifer has earned three accreditations: Accredited Member Service Representative (AMSR), Accredited Consumer and Residential Mortgage Lender (ACRML), and Accredited Canadian Credit Union Sales Professional (ACCUSP), with another on the way! Her dedication and passion for professional development is truly inspiring.

We reached out to Jennifer about her experience with the Credit Union Institute of Canada (CUIC). Here's what she had to say:

What did you enjoy most about your CUIC accreditation journey? Were there any courses, facilitators, or connections that helped shape your experience or career growth?

I'd like to give credit to my supervisor who helped me to enhance my answers in every assignment. It is a big help, especially for a bilingual learner like me, where English is not my first language. I also want to give a shout to our instructors/facilitators. They helped us connect to each other and helped us in the discussion forums. It is a nice feeling to build friendships with other credit union employees.

What impact have these accreditations or credentials had on your career so far?

It's boosted my confidence in my role. I have gained a treasure of knowledge that I can utilize and share with my co-workers and members.
