In previous years, our MSR Start Series has been offered as a learning plan of multiple different courses. Today, CCUA is proud to present a bundled version of this learning plan in which all courses from the learning plan are now amalgamated into one course with six modules. This MSR series consists of six online modules and will give your MSRs - your brand ambassadors - a stellar start to their career with your credit union. While it has MSR in the title, all of the modules are suitable for employees in a number of different credit union roles, particularly for those with direct member contact. This guided series is a great solution for credit unions that want to implement a ready-made orientation program or enhance their existing new employee orientation. Topics in the series include MSR orientation, product knowledge, managing risk from the frontline, and more.
