The time to plan for skill development is now. The World Economic Forum’s Future of Jobs report offers some insightful statistics, including:

• Six in ten workers will require training before 2027, but only half of workers are seen to have access to adequate training opportunities today.
• Employers estimate that 44% of workers’ skills will be disrupted in the next five years.
• More than 75% of companies are looking to adopt [AI] technologies in the next five years.
