The Nominations Committee of the CUCC Board is seeking nominations for credit union representatives for appointment to the CUCC Board of Directors. CUCC provides payments networkand compliance related services for credit unions including management of the Cooperative Node, ATM procurement, Acculink management and LCUC-sponsored projects. CUCC is responsible for managing contracts with payments related suppliers, network compliance and project management. CUCC is a primary shareholder in Interac and represents credit unions at the Interac Board and operating committees. The Nominations Committee is seeking exceptional credit union leaders who are committed to setting ambitious strategic objectives for CUCC and who have experience in payments strategy, payment products and risk management. Additionally, individuals with financial acumen and system communication skills are encouraged to submit nominations. There are three positions on the Board to be appointed.
The Nominations Package is attached for further information and for your use if your credit union wishes to nominate a candidate. Nominations must be received by Brenda O’Connor – boconnor@ccua.com by October 22, 2021 at 9:00 p.m. ET. The CUCC Nominations Committee will be reviewing all nominations and will interview each eligible candidate. The Nominations Committee will then recommend the appointment of successful candidates to the Board and shareholders for approval.
