Flag Financial Crime
This micro-learning series provides ongoing training opportunities with more detailed guidance on specific AML topics such as identify fraud, and related financial crime subjects such as romance fraud and human trafficking. Each course is just 3-9 minutes in length, and new titles are added quarterly.

Card Fraud
This 20-minute online course provides an overview of card fraud, the common methods criminals use to steal cards and card data, and introduction to ATM and POS terminal tampering, best practices for protecting our members from card fraud and more!

Fraud Awareness
This 20-minute interactive, online course provides employees wit an overview of fraud, including the different types and the potential impacts; common methods criminals use to commit fraud; and techniques and best practices for protecting our members—and the credit union—from fraud.

Your Role in Privacy and Information Security
Updated in 2021, this 75-minute eLearning module will provide the information employees at all levels of the organization need to manage privacy risks. While working through this interactive eLearning module, employees learn how to spot information security threats and gain an understanding of what leads to a privacy breach. This course reviews the 10 privacy principles, aligning each to a credit union scenario.
